What is the exchange policy?
You can exchange your product within 14 days after receiving the order and re-order your replacement item. To exchange an item, please submit a exchange request via our email@example.com e-mail address.
- You have to pack and ship the products you want to exchange in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
- While exchanging fragile products, you must pack the items within their original protection materials. Therefore, the responsibility for any damage during the shipping belongs to the customer.
- After checking the conformity of your product within the exchange conditions, the status of the exchange process is sent to you by email.
- In case of not meeting the conditions of exchange; the related product will be sent back with shipping to your address. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We only ask for the items you are exchange to be in original condition and unworn, unwashed or not defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

What if the item I received is damaged?
Though we hope this never happens, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help sort out the issue.
